When will my items arrive?
All of the items on the Throughline website have stock, so they will ship within 48-72 hours of the order being placed.
The website won’t allow me to move forward with my order, why is the proceed button not clickable?
Check if you have ticked the boxes where it says you agree with our term of services.
My address is not being recognized on your system, it says it is not existent, what should I do?
Please check if all the fields are filled out correctly, country, state, city & zipcode. If all is as it should be, please contact us via email for assistance.
Can I change my order?
You can change the order 1-2 hours after the order is placed. You are allowed to add other items, change size & quantity. Please email us with your order # and we will update it for you. Be aware that if the order is already packed, we will be unable to change it.
Why can't I login into my account? An error message appears.
Check if there’s a ‘logout’ button on the top right part of the page. If it has, please log out and try log in again.
How do I return my items?
We only accept returns for items that we mis-ship. If that happens please email us.
